Spring Bundles – Big Savings!

Valid Jan 1st – May 31st, 2023

Bundles offer lower per clinic rates, with the largest Bundles providing the lowest per clinic rate. This spring, due to demand, attendance priority will be given to larger Bundles first (40/50), followed by the smaller Bundles. There will be many clinics where Drop-in attendance will not be an option.  Attending clinics on a Drop-in basis will only be permitted on request, or with previous approval, and if space is available in the clinic. 
The larger Bundles may be paid in full, or a payment plan which is broken down into a deposit, then equal monthly payments. Only the Bundle 50 can be shared between two siblings in the same program. The other Bundles (12/20/30/40) are for individual players.
Spring Bundle Clinics expire May 31st, but unused clinics will carry over with purchase of a Summer Bundle at the end of May.
