Full Time Program (FTP)

Eagle Fustar Tennis Academy FULL TIME PROGRAM

The Eagle Fustar Tennis Academy Full Time Program (FTP) is a highly professional and rigorous training program. FTP is designed to provide players with superior individualized coaching for an average of 4-5 hours per day. The complete yearly program is 40 weeks long, and is broken up into 2 semesters lasting 20 weeks. The training curriculum is modeled from our experiences in running college and professional workouts.

The FTP is highly individualized, customizable, and is designed for very dedicated players! Every Player aspiring to be a part of our Full Time Program will have a personal consultation with a senior coach where we determine a player’s individualized training schedule based on the player’s age, level, goals, school schedule and budget. Every player’s schedule will be constructed based on individual needs.

FTP Individual Lessons

We at Eagle Fustar believe that 1 on 1 sessions are crucial for a player’s development and should always be an essential part in a player’s training plan. For that reason, we developed a system that combines 1 on 1 sessions with supervised live-ball and point play into our Full Time Program. We believe that this is the most efficient way to improve and recommend that all of our homeschooled players engage in at least 5 individual hours per week. How many individual lessons a player takes per week can be customized and is determined by the player’s goals and level.
If you prefer semi-individual lessons (2:1 or 3:1 Student:Coach Ratio) and already have a player or two of similar level, then we can accommodate this as well during our Individual Lesson spot times.

FTP Group Fitness

A well-designed tennis fitness training program is not only necessary in today’s game of tennis but it will also benefit your game significantly. Great tennis players are also great athletes and we build great athletes by improving their movement skills and conditioning while reducing injuries. Good movement skills should be learned at a very young age to build muscle memory important for proper movement on the court.
Fitness Training at our Full Time Program is held in a small group and is always tennis specific. We customize everyone’s workouts according to age and ability. Workouts are always changing but the main focus lies on balance, coordination, core and overall strength, speed, power, agility, reaction, and quickness.

FTP Small Group Training

To complement the private lessons, the students will work in small groups (maximum 4:1 student to coach ratio, and often times 3:1 or 2:1) to get live ball repetitions that are consistent to the areas of improvement set by the coaches. The 2 hour Small Group sessions are essential to get the attention that each player deserves in what will mostly be live ball drilling and point play. We have picked up excellent training techniques from both the ATP and WTA tour and bring these drills to our Full Time Small Group sessions.

Elite Performance Clinics

During the elite performance clinics, Full Time Students will be able to further work on technical and strategic aspects that have been outlined in their individualized development plan. During the 2.5 hour workouts, students will execute specific drills (dead ball and live ball), play points, and get the necessary amount of repetition. EPC Pricing

Pricing of the Full Time Program

Because each player will have a highly individualized schedule, each player will have a different price point. The pricing will be determined after the one on one consultation with the lead FTP coach and once the individualized player training schedule is agreed upon.
