FALL BUNDLES SOUTHBAY

Bundles offer a bulk number of clinics that can be used on any day the program is offered, providing maximum scheduling flexibility. Valid over several months to align with school semesters (Fall, Spring, or Summer), Bundles are available exclusively at West Valley College with the exception of the Combo Bundle, which offers clinics at both WVC and STC. The larger the bundle, the lower the per-clinic rate.

BUNDLE CARRYOVERS 

Players with unused clinics remaining at the end of an EF season (Spring, Summer, or Fall) may carry them over to the next season by meeting one of the following conditions:

  • Purchasing a new Bundle for the upcoming season by the Bundle registration deadline, or

  • Register for at least two days in the next ACTIVE session (if offered). Carryover credit will be applied to the second and any additional registered days.
Example: To carry over unused Summer Bundle clinics, a new Fall Bundle must be purchased by the Fall Bundle deadline, or the player must enroll in at least two days of the first Fall ACTIVE session. In either case, eligible unused Summer clinics will be credited accordingly.
 

BUNDLES CANCELLATION

Refunds and credit will not be issued for cancelled Bundles due to personal scheduling conflicts, sickness, or injury. Refunds will not be issued.

Credit Card payments are accepted by calling Katy at 408-242-5559. Payments are processed by Authorize.net, a highly secure processing system through Wells Fargo.
