CAMPS/POWER DAYS/FT DAYS CANCELLATION POLICY​

-$25 fee per to cancel registration (to cover our registration fees) for one or two day Camp/Power Day(s)/FT Training Day(s).

 

-The cancellation/change deadline is Thursday (Thursday night at 11:59pm) the week prior to start of of each Camp/Power Day(s)/FT Training Day(s).

​***No CANCELLATIONS, CHANGES OR REFUNDS after cancellation deadline***​

-You now cancel registration yourself within the Active system until Thursday night at 11:59pm the week prior to camps/training.

 

Rain/Smoke/Nature & Refund Policy

If a class rains out, or is cancelled by EF for any reason, players will receive a $ credit at the end of each session (based on the # of classes canceled) for any EF program. Players must sign up for a future EF program within 6 months to receive the rain/cancellation credit.
