Pre-HP Weeks | UTR 2.5 – 4.5

Pre-HP Weeks are designed to give our players the push to get to the 4.5 UTR level and beyond. Players will work on fundamental drills used in our High Performance (HP) clinics so that the transition to HP is seamless. Expect a high energy workout, lots of touches on the ball, situational drilling, tactical improvements, as well as a fitness component. Areas of focus include groundstrokes and depth, continental skills, serves/returns/footwork focus, weapon building, tactical, transition game, and 0-4 shot focus.

Pre-CORE | Pre-Core+ and Ralleyball 1&2, Ages 6-12

Pre-CORE+ | Ages 7-12

This session is the bridge between our Pre-Core and Core programs. Players work on athletic development, proper fundamental technique, footwork development, continental grip skills, point play/strategies, and character development.

Ralleyball 1 | Ages 6-9

Fundamental ball skills, movement, and coordination exercises will be included. Focus on continuing to build hand- eye skills and basic tennis techniques through fun instruction.

Ralleyball 2 | Ages 7-10

For players who have advanced from Ralleyball I or have had similar prior instruction. Emphasis will focus on enhancing hand-eye skills and more intermediate tennis techniques.
